How do I ship separate gifts to multiple addresses?
Before you can add an item to your cart, you will be prompted to fill out a form. This is where you will enter your gift message and shipping address for that particular gift box. You only need to enter a shipping address here if you are sending different gifts to multiple addresses. For example, if you are ordering 2 gift boxes to be sent to different addresses, you would enter the shipping address for one of the boxes at checkout and the address for the other box would be entered on the form that pops up before adding to cart.
If you are sending multiples of the same gift to different addresses, please add to cart one at a time so that you can add a gift message and shipping address for each gift box.
If you are sending multiples of the same gift to the same address, please also add to cart one at a time so that you can add a gift message for each gift box. Then you will simply enter the shipping address at checkout.

Is a receipt or pricing information included with the gift?
Since we are sending gift boxes directly to the recipient most of the time, we do not include a receipt or pricing information with the gift. A receipt will be emailed to you when your order is placed.

What is your refund policy?
Due to nature of our products and the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift box, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event that your gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you!

What if I accidentally enter an incorrect shipping address?
Please email us at lewesgiftboxco@outlook.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. We begin processing orders right away. If we have not already shipped your order, we will be able to update your order with the correct address.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, shipping is limited to the United States.

When will my order ship?
Gifts typically ship within 1 - 3 business days via UPS. Please allow at least one week for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link when your gift ships. Free shipping is included with the exception of bulk orders. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, however if you would like us to hold shipping until a future date, please reach out to us and we will work with you to make it happen!

Do you offer corporate gifting / bulk orders?
Yes! Please contact us at lewesgiftboxco@outlook.com for bulk orders of more than 10 boxes to ensure product availability and to allow extra time to assemble your gifts.
